The main topic is Algorithmic HR Management and Wellbeing At Work. The focus is on Analysing the moderating effect of perceived transparency on the relationship between algorithmic management and autonomy. So i will need the literature review to contain all these 3 concepts: algorithmic HR, autonomy and transparency. The structure will be starting broadly describing the algorithmic HR and then going deeper into the effects of it on autonomy (also autonomy needs to be defined) and how perceived transparency (which also needs to be defined) moderates this relationship. For the literature review i want the sources i uploaded as additional material to be used. the writer can if needed do external research for other articles but the one i have sent need to be reflected in the review. i also placed the order with 7 days work time so i will need it on 25 October.
